🧑‍🏫 Who We Are

KimchiBloom is a language-learning platform designed to help users explore Korean through journaling, BloomPaths, and interactive tools. We aim to create a safe, inspiring space for learners of all levels.

🔐 Account & Access

• You log in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you grant us access to basic profile information (name, email, profile image).
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use KimchiBloom.

✍️ User Content

• You may submit journal entries, Bloom responses, and other content.
• You control whether each journal entry is private or public.
• Public entries may be featured in our Bloom feed or highlighted in promotional materials.
• You retain ownership of your content, but by making it public, you grant us permission to display and share it within the platform and in promotional contexts.

📈 Progress & Features

• We track your progress through BloomPaths and BloomDecks to personalize your experience.
• Some features may be limited to premium users. Upgrade suggestions may appear during use.

🚫 Acceptable Use

To keep KimchiBloom safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' data
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the site's code or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the changes here. Continued use of KimchiBloom means you accept the updated Terms.
